ECHO is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven track record in managing complex projects and solutioning for various systems, including PIM (Product Information Management), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to implementation, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage IT projects, focusing on PIM, CRM, and other system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, status updates, and communication channels to ensure alignment and transparency among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues proactively, implementing corrective actions and contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor project budget, expenses, and resource utilization to ensure adherence to financial targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support, as necessary.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and other project partners to facilitate effective communication and resolution of conflicts.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices for future projects.

Job Experience/Skills: 

  • 7 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on managing complex cross-functional projects and solutioning for external software systems.
  • Solid background working with external software vendors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, PIM, CRM, and other enterprise systems and technologies is preferred.
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft – Excel, PowerPoint, Projects)

Education: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relative experience.
